Rev. Shane L. Bishop has been the Senior Pastor at Christ Church since 1997. Live weekly attendance has grown from 200 to 2,000, and combined attendance has grown from 200 to 4,000. He was named a "Distinguished Evangelist" by the Foundation for Evangelism in 2010 and is a founding member of The Foundry Network.

Rev. Ashley Cooper serves as the Executive Pastor at Christ Church. He began his ministry in 1999 in the Methodist Church of Great Britain and has worked for the national Evangelism Team and as Senior Pastor at Swan Bank Church. Recently, Ashley served as the Principal of Cliff College developing leadership in evangelism and missions. Ashley has also served as Chaplain to Port Vale Football Club, combining pastoral care with a love of soccer. He is looking forward to being a regular at the St Louis CITY SC ground.

Rev. Dr. Don Frazure is the Pastor of Worship Arts at Christ Church of Fairview Heights, Illinois, where he has served since 2006. In 2001, the Pascagoula, Mississippi native made his New York City Opera debut as Tamino in Mozart’s The Magic Flute. Don also garnered acclaim with the Saint Paul Chamber Orchestra, Boston Baroque Orchestra, and the Bach Society of St. Louis. A graduate of the Juilliard Opera Center, Don holds the degrees in vocal performance from William Carey University, University of Southern Mississippi, and Doctor of Worship Studies degree from the Webber Institute. Don and his wife Rachel have been married since 1996 and have two grown daughters.

Amanda Cates serves Christ Church as the Family Ministry Director, where she has faithfully invested 15 years of leadership, care, and vision into connecting families with Christ and nurturing spiritual growth across generations. With a deep passion for ministry shaped both by her professional role and personal experience, Amanda has also raised her four children within the life of the church, giving her a unique and authentic perspective on family discipleship. She has been happily married to her husband, Dan, for 25 years, and together they have built a strong foundation of faith and family. Amanda is known for her relational leadership style, steady commitment, and heart for building community. Outside of her work, she enjoys a good cup of coffee and can often be found cheering on her children at their sporting events.

Larry Weber is Pastor of Ministries at Christ Church. Larry and his wife, Nancy, are high school sweethearts and South Dakota farm kids. They have been married for over 55 years and have seven children and 15 grandchildren. Larry retired after serving as an administrator at Mt. Olive School in Central Illinois, Wolf Branch School District in Swansea Illinois, and in the Germantown. Those positions brought him to the area and to Christ Church where has served as the Director of Children and Adult Ministries, chairperson of the Personnel Committee, and Director of Campus Development when Christ Church began its campuses in 2011. Larry now serves the Christ Church satellite Campuses at Collinsville and Scott and Pastor Larry shares responsibility for Congregational Care and Missions for Christ Church with Rev. Ashley Cooper, Executive Pastor.

Pastor Kevin Siddle has served at Christ Church for seven years in discipleship and church online. A passionate Bible teacher, his mission is to engage everyone in God's word. Prior to his ministry calling, Kevin was employed in the outdoor industry as an engineer and teaching professional. Kevin and his wife Becky, along with their five children, live on their homestead on their property in Millstadt.

Scott Martin is a lifelong resident of the Belleville/Fairview Heights, IL area. He joined Christ Church staff with more than 20 years of organization and operations management experience at a large aerospace company. He, his wife, and four children have been members of Christ Church since 2003 and he has served on the greeter ministry team, the summer mission trip team, the trustees committee, and the leadership council prior to joining the staff. He has a heart for maturing the church operations to enable sustainable growth in alignment to the church mission.
